Starting small doesn’t have to be so intimidating…

…being big doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement.

As a small business the concept of growing beyond your current size can seem difficult at best, if not impossible.
Apple. Amazon. Google. Hewlett-Packard.

What do these companies have in common?
They all started in a garage.
And although you may never be the size of Amazon, you can rest assured that you started in similar fashion.

Liftphase did too.
Liftphase started in a one bedroom apartment in Lexington, Kentucky. The walls of that apartment held ideas, dreams, and determination for growth. Liftphase began as the result of our deeply rooted love for business and marketing, but mostly out of a need to help.

What exactly is Liftphase, and what does it mean?

Liftphase is based on the concept of a complex model of waveforms known as the fourier transform. As illustrated below, waveforms of various phase and amplitude can combine to create arbitrary, repetitive patterns.

We built our business from the understanding that many companies suffer from this lack of alignment of their own waveforms.

Each waveform may represent a goal, department or business unit, for example: sales and marketing, or budget and results, brand equity and brand impression or process, staff and efficiency.

What happens when these waveforms are not aligned?
When components of a business are not aligned with each other, as above, we call this state as being out of phase. This results in a model of the arbitrary, repetitive patterns mentioned above, and translates directly to the poor, unaligned, or absent marketing that businesses face every day.

What does Liftphase do to change this?

Our business is designed to analyze and understand each component of our clients’ marketing and make recommendations that will bring this essential business function in phase.

In electronics, this is referred to as rectification, or when electrical current is “straightened” and flows in one direction.

In short, when strategy, tactics, business units, budget, objectives and teams are aligned, your business is in phase.

Activating our recommendations, resulting from our observations and analysis takes your business from out of phase to in phase and puts it into Liftphase.
